Total Body 12pm - 1pm

Pilates 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Belly Dance 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Abs and Awesome Arms 8pm 9 pm

Wednesday

Circuit Training 12pm -1pm

Belly Dance 6:00pm - 7:00pm

Zumba 7pm - 8pm

Dance Practice 8pm-10pm

Thursday

Heart Chakra Meditation 9am - 10am

Yoga 10am - 11am

Total Body 12pm - 1pm

Yoga 6pm - 7pm
