Yoga 9am - 10am

Total Body 12pm - 1pm

Pilates 5:30 - 6:30

Wednesday

Circuit Training 12pm -1pm

Group Fitness Training 6pm - 7pm

Zumba 7pm - 8pm

Dance Practice 8pm-10pm

Thursday

Heart Chakra Meditation 9am - 10am

Total Body 12pm - 1pm

Yoga 6pm - 7pm

Friday
