Graduation

Before you can graduate, an audit of your records is performed by the Registrar’s office to determine if all requirements for your degree are met. This process does not begin without an application to graduate. This application must be submitted even if you do not intend to participate in a ceremony.

Follow these steps:

• Complete the application
• Submit the application to graduation@sulross.edu and pay the appropriate fees*

*Fees are added to your account by the Registrar when the application is processed. You can then pay fees as part of your normal tuition and fees for the term. All fees must be paid prior to graduation. Payment is NOT required before obtaining a degree audit.

Duplicate Diploma Request

Degree audits are performed in the Dean’s office. In order for an audit to be performed, an application must be submitted and the graduation fee paid.

Follow these steps:

• Obtain an application to graduate from the Dean’s office or from any of the Business Services offices in Eagle Pass, Del Rio, or Uvalde. The application is also available online.
• Submit the application and pay the appropriate fee at Business Services in Eagle Pass, Del Rio, or Uvalde.
